I spent the night in jail and was wondering what kind of consequences I'm looking at regarding fines and other ramifications. Also, will this stay on my record? It was my first offense. its going to depend on if its your first offence, how nice the judge is feeling that day and your looking at 6 months to 1 year probation or jail time it just really depends on how serious they take the case. and yes it will stay on your record.

Yes it will stay on your record. You spent the night in jail for a fake ID? You might have to do 2weeks in jail..... Texas really sucks.
