It just says"acquiring network information" for a very long time then never connects. Thanks PS I suck with computers. No it is a PC running XP and it used to connect just fine. Also, if this helps, I just put WPA-TSIK security on it and I typed in the network key and it was working fine. But now it just won't connect. So your using a laptop right? well make sure your Wifi is turned on the litle slide thing that changes the small light next to it colors. You also had have to installed the internet connection to your computer. The router should be pluged into the modem(them big one). Thats all I have. Best answer?

A. I am assuming you have a wifi access point/router B. Which ISP do you have (Comcast requires that you follow a specific procedure when hooking up a router) Try resetting your modem with your access point unplugged wait until all of your lights except your link light is solid then plug in the access point/router.

Did someone else set up your wireless router? Seems like you may have wireless security enabled if you're finding the access point, connecting to it and failing to aquire network information. Try turning off your wireless security settings, if it works, then you know its a problem with your security settings. When turning the security back on, take careful note of your wep key and make sure you enter it correctly on both your computer and psp.

You input the wrong wireless key, when you incorrectly put in key no errors are given...it will just hang indefinitely on acquiring network info. Make sure you copy down the key exactly, its easy to transpose a character.

In network neighborhood, properties, right click you wireless and choose repair. Then make sure you enter the right phrase.

Spain - The Spanish protest movement Los Indignados has been demonstrating since May of this year and if politicians had hoped it would fizzle out by summer, they were wrong. The group's members are angry at the state of the Spanish economy, which has seen youth unemployment hit more than 40%. Now they're marching on the capital, coming from all over the country, to make their voices heard. Two more drugs made by the New England Compounding Center (NECC) are believed to be involved in the meningitis outbreak that is responsible for 15 deaths, according to ABC News.

The Food and Drug Administration is investigating a meningitis case related to an epidural injection of triamcinolone acetonide, a topical treatment used to relieve various skin conditions.

Fungal infections were reportedly found in two transplant patients who were given cardioplegic solution, which is used to paralyze cardiac muscle during an open-heart surgery, by the NECC.

“The sterility of any injectable drugs… and cardioplegic solutions produced by (the) NECC are of significant concern,” according to an FDA release.

These cases add to to the number of fungal meningitis cases that have spread nationally.

The meningitis outbreak has been linked to the mold Exserohilum rostratum, used to control back pain through spinal injections.

All drugs made by the NECC suspected to cause fungal diseases have been recalled.

“Patients who received these products should be alerted to the potential risk of infection,” the FDA said.
