Question by raph w: Where is the "system volume information" folder located? This is crazy. I know where it's supposed to be, I ran a search including hidden files and folders, I enabled the "show hidden files and folder" and I can't find it. Any help is greatly appreciated. You must also uncheck "Hide Protected Operating System Files" to see it.

It's in where Windows is installed (ex. C:)

I think it is a hidden file/folder go to the control panal I think you should be able to get to it
